In the picturesque countryside of Hrvatsko Zagorje near Zagreb, Croatia, I, Antun Petrusa, embark on a visionary journey to rejuvenate my family's ancestral land. For over a century, this land has remained in my family's possession, spanning 20,000 m² of farmland and 20,000 m² of forest.

With deep ties to the land and a passion for sustainability, I envision transforming the neglected acres. I plan to clear the overgrowth and enclose the land with a fence, creating a haven for Scottish Highland cattle, known for their resilience and premium meat.

My dream extends beyond mere farming. I imagine a vibrant Bitcoin Hub, nestled within the countryside, where people can hang up, learn about Bitcoin in friendly and relaxed environment and exchange organic product for SATS.

The guy should also invite young bitcoiners to stay few days on the property and help with building tasks. In this way they can participate directly with their energy and working force and skills. Could be a nice learning program for those that want to build for themselves such a farm. Give them a place to put their tent or place a big tent or something where to sleep, provide food and dependencies and "apprentices" will participate with work. They will have a wonderful experience.

I suggest you to post every week on SN about how is going your ranch and what projects are working on. Please explain in details some of your working stories, so other people could learn from you and also reward you with sats.

Yes, it's Antun. I appreciate all your comments and advice. This project has me truly excited. Giving you a glimpse into Phase 2, which I hinted at during the Gayser crowdfunding campaign.

Here's the scoop: On my property sits a traditional local house, over 150 years old from my ancestors, in dire need of restoration. The vision? To breathe new life into it, transforming it into a Bitcoin HUB. Picture this: 6-8 cozy beds nestled in the attic, with a spacious meeting room downstairs on the first floor around 40 m2.

I know that you don't like shitcoins but don't you think this could be a good use case for a contributor token? That way you'd be investing instead of donating. If you add governance to the mix you could better verify (not trust) that the funds are being spent as intended.

I also have a lot of ancestral land and recently I envisioned to establish a Solar Bitcoin Mining Farm there. Now, I have to add it that I should make it 'much the same vibrant Bitcoin hub' as you've mentioned.
