The reasons are often much more simple than we make them out to be.
I enjoy intermittent fasting not so much for weight loss, but because of how I feel especially during my initial waking hours. I have more mental clarity and drive to get things done when prolonging my fast post waking, so I usually do as much work as I can get done in the morning before breaking my fast around noon.
