Never.
In case you wanna know why I suggest you to be in New York on June 9 or just type cricket in your search you will find.
India vs Pakistan match is the pinnacle of viewership. It actually surpasses more than a 2 billion people watching it around the world.
Woah! That's like ten thousand Super Bowls.
reply
Sorry need to correct it. Now it's okay. I don't think it's like 10000 super bowls.
But, you know what that almost everyone from India and Pakistan watch it along with all people who love cricket around the world. So it gets to a minimum of 2 billion people.
reply
That would have been more impressive if you hadn't set the bar so high, initially.
reply
I get confused because we don't count in millions, trillions or billions. we have lac, crore, shankh, padam...
reply
I like the metric use of kilo, mega, giga, etc. Two gigapeople watch that match every year.
reply
What! I didn't know about that! What's that giga, mega?
reply
India vs Pakistan in cricket is pretty huge. One of my business partners was from India so I spent a lot of time in the Indian community in the greater toronto area and they were wild for cricket.
reply
I suggest you to stay vigilant on June 9. It's happening in New York.
reply
I will keep an eye on it. Should we do a cricket pool?
reply
I'm ready but first I need to create some extra empathetic atmosphere for Cricket on SN. For that, I will be posting a lot of stuff from tomorrow or day after tomorrow.
I've some bigger plans as well. Why not we play some SN based Cricket Fantasy or do some p2p betting here on SN. Cricket is most favourable sports for such games due the unpredictability of the result.
reply
I think @Public_N_M_E knows a bit about cricket.
reply
He is an European as far as I know and he must know Cricket.
I've recently referred a few people on SN who are from India and they will join once we start some pool for cricket here.
reply
Only a little bit. Not overly follow the cricket. I've kept up with the ashes every now and again but that's about it.
I normally follow the Rugby and the NFL.
Great. I look forward to more cricket content. I am trying to learn the game. I played baseball for many years growing up. I have never tried cricket but I would like to.
