What will you be doing / are you doing during the halving?

For me, I left work early today to drive my daughter to rock climbing and also drive my wife around to pickup things during our daughter's rock climbing session. So I'll probably be driving when it happens and won't be able to take a photo of 840000 on my blockclock or even take a phone screenshot of it on Timechain Calendar. Wife and daughter precedes bitcoin I guess. Tick tock next block and happy halving stackers! Onwards to the next epoch.

Happy halving day bitcoin. Is it halving or halvening? Personally, I like halvening as it sounds like a happening (which it is!). However, I think most people have gone with halving. Either way, just a few blocks yet to go to 3.125

In honour of the halving. I am going to do a halving of sets and instead of 2 sets of 50, I will do one set of 100. If you don't hear from me tomorrow, I likely can't move my arms. Haha.

Finally my first halving!

My only competition is myself. I am literally in a league of my own.

I was some days disconnected away from everything, just thinking about life. I feel better. Of course, today I was thinking about Bitcoin and the halving too. People say that it had to be on a 4/20 and price should be 69K at the moment of halving. This is fun to think about, but we'll see. But not much happens at the moment of the halving. The most interesting part will be to see if there are miners who stop mining during the next days and see if difficulty decreases next. Until then, time average between blocks may increase. After a few difficulty adjustments, everything will go back to normal and price should increase steadily in the meantime.

by the way I met a very extremely successful hodler and she didn't know what the halving was. So yeah, it is not difficult to be a very good hodler. just hodl. **Ignore all the noise. **

This rose!

It is beautiful isn't it?

Whenever I see it, it puts a smile on my face. It doesn't matter what I am doing, what mood I am in or what is going on around me, when this rose turns up, I stop, say hello and smile from ear to ear.

And when I say turns up, that is exactly what I mean! It blooms at all times of year, when I need it too! I have a picture somewhere deep in the abyss of my picture gallery where it has icicles attached to it as it appeared in the dead of winter!

You see, it is my signal. It comes up to remind me to be grateful for all that I have and for all that surrounds me, be it possessions or the love in my life that I have created.

Even now, knowing what true happiness is and letting love pour through each and every cell of my body at all times, I can still have moments where I get overwhelmed, flustered or feel down.

This rose, serves as a reminder to feel into each and every emotion. Not to ignore the "negative" ones as they are just as important and be grateful that I have the knowledge of how to do that.

Gone have my days of depression, panic attacks, flashbacks and anxiety because I am able to work through everything that I feel, get down to the route cause, feel deeply and then move myself through.

I am so grateful for this magikal rose for guiding and supporting me along the way.

Good morning chaps, happy Friday. Last day at the fiat mine this week. Looking forward to working in the shop this weekend!

went back to where I used to live last year and checked a few of my fav places, from restaurants, tea houses to dessert places and some of them didn't even change any price ( local tradespersons' humble shops, they are the BEST ), even discounts as always, because they remembered me and I used to go there... ( yes! people like this still exist, instead of overcharging because you are a foreigner — standing out could be a blessing or curse 👀 )

Other than that, the same thing could have doubled the price or even a 50% increase within five months; Going to my go to hamam this afternoon, and from what I checked, it increased the price by 40%!

Welcome to the madness, but the hack is to learn how to dance with the inflation instead of getting f*cked or keep complaining about it, and Bitcoin really gives you peace of mind.
