Because is where is the treasury department where all the bonds, trusts etc are kept. You are using their system to fight their system, by creating a trust in THEIR system where you put yourself as beneficiary and your strawman as trustee. In this way they cannot claim any authority over that strawman because you are its owner, you control it.
