Deleted discord a while ago. Never actually used it all that much other than an unofficial work chat for DMs. This is a pretty wild story to read.

I stay away from discord after they locked me out of my account and couldn’t change password

the spy site being 404 media? requiring login 🥲? and with instagram and facebook and x socials

I just use burner emails for sites like those (and had forgotten I'd done that for 404, but looks like there's no way to archive.is it).

Messages? Who can potentially be interested in messages?

All of someone's messages across different Discords (including private ones and PMs) could be something a lot of folks don't want surfaced.

What is Discord? For me Discord is like a shitcoiner's adda, nothing else.

I'd forgotten how big it was for shitcoiners, but it's also huge for gamers and a lot of other groups.
