I did. Haha. I conducted my lesson at the library. I think the librarian took a video of us dancing haha
I love that! If you were my client I would suggest you try 3 things!
  1. take a nap
  2. eat something
  3. go outside with your shoes of and stack up on some of natures energy!
It tends to be one (or all) of these that help me and my clients ha ha... your intuition should tell you which one is best for you :)

Haha I actually did the first two. Ate Long John Silver’s fast food n napped. Can’t do the third because need to take care of two kids. Haha. But I will walk through a park in the future.
