PRAYER OF THE DAY - Psalms 18:35,36

Oh God, Creator of all things, source of light and wisdom, we turn to You in this new day, recognizing Your greatness and power. Just as David proclaimed in Psalms 18, we also declare Your greatness and Your ability to sustain us in all circumstances.

Lord, You are our unshakable rock, our safe refuge in times of adversity. As David testified, You train us for battle and give us the strength to overcome the challenges we encounter along the way. We ask that You strengthen us with Your courage and determination to face the obstacles that arise today.

May we follow Your commandments and seek Your will in all our actions. Grant us the wisdom to make wise and fair decisions, which honor Your name and contribute to the well-being of those around us.

Pour your grace and mercy upon us, and guide us with your light in every step we take. May we feel Your constant presence throughout this day, strengthening us and inspiring us to live a life that glorifies You.

Just as David recognized that it was You who sustained and empowered him for battle, we also recognize that it is by Your grace that we find strength and courage to face our daily challenges. May everything we do today be for Your glory and honor.

In the name of the Love that unites us, the Truth that guides us and the Peace we seek, we pray.
