From Waikiki (Honolulu) we have been marketing our goods and services towards the Japanese Tourist and related Importers IN Japan BUYING goods Made in Hawaii for so many years, it has slowed about 75%, yes they still visit here but not spending like before.
This morning the Yen is 153 this is serious. If you have a business here (like myself) you don't wait or listen for government(s) intervention, it doesn't work out well.
The best case is let markets be real, let the free market and street prices dictate what the acceptable "value" of fiat, Bitcoin, Produce, Eggs, Milk, Bread, Souvenirs, Humans are capable, let Humans use Bitcoin or whatever they want to pay with.
Eventually people will see that the fiat situation is NOT one currency,
This is why I preach "think and do business Internationally".
Do NOT think as an American business, but humbly welcome trading with other Countries, don't interfere in their politics, focus on thinking as a merchant, eventually you will be able also use Bitcoin in small B2B wholesale transactions of goods and services, shipping etc. Yes B2B buy a cup of coffee or a beer is fun, but B2B is the fast forward to adoption.
"Stack SATS" Yes of course, but when do you use it in commerce Internationally.
