I liked this post quite a bit. I want focus on the car aspect. You should have put a section for classic car collecting and appreciation. Or a small section on restoration. I dont know if many people know this, but the people who do the restorations usually are the ones to make money. Especially on passion projects for the owner, or sentimental value cars.
