The subreddit is pretty funny to browse.
Alas, the story is always the same. People chasing yield in return for little to no work. This idea of getting something for nothing is a fiat brain tumour.
That goes for Lightning, too. It's unprofitable for anyone who isn't an expert in channel management. As it should be.

Having said that, I do think there is a real use case in places like rural towns, the Central African Republic and others with no internet access at all: #49841
But of course, if you are trying to run a business, your business should accept money. Money like Bitcoin.
