I’m an iPhone user as are most people I know. Probably for the simplicity it provides.
We minimise screen time for kids but as adults we don’t. I have started to put my phone down usually 1hr before I sleep. I also use do not disturb from 11pm to 6am. I’m not perfect at this but I’ve started to sleep better and have more developed ideas when I’m not constantly distracted by my phone. I wonder if we will see a movement away from phones because of the MH implications on adults.
It's challenging. So addictive. I am the first to admit that I get sucked into my phone even though I know it isn't great for me. Lately I have been checking stacker too much. Better than Instagram I guess.

Phones can have a massive impact on people’s mental health. From a lack of sleep, low self esteem, anxiety & depression. Social media shows us this perfect world which lots of people aspire to whereas the reality for everyone is completely different.
