I’d say Plebian Market and Shopstr are like eBay/Etsy where your products are in a marketplace among items from other sellers, whereas Magic Webstore is more like Shopify where it’s just your stuff. So it all depends on what you want.
I prefer the Magic Webstore. I liked it so much that I actually downloaded the source and started making improvements (e.g. made it sats only) and fixing bugs in what I now call The Bullish Webstore.
That is cool! Did you upload the modified code anywhere as well? I was also very much bothered by the fact you could only set USD prices in Magic Webstore. Otherwise I probably would have gone with that straight away TBH haha

Thanks! I mainly did it for me and no one had expressed any interest until you, so no I didn’t upload the modified code yet since I was just experimenting and learning haha.
But nothing is stopping you from going to https://bullishwebstore.vercel.app/onboard.html and trying it out. I didn’t change much there so you’ll still see references to the Magic Webstore.

Cheers I'm going to play around with it some time soon and get deeper into the technicals. I'm not a developer or a coder myself so we'll see how it goes haha

Sounds good! Feel free to reach out here or on Nostr if you need any help. 🤙

FYI I was able to use your shop as a customer and all seemed to work on the front end. I wasn't able to create a store of my own though (perhaps you disabled it on purpose, if not, you might want to check on that, - it didn't redirect to the store backend after adding the store and product details). Ideally I would self-host it anyway though. Just considering between this and reverting to a WooCommerce based solution for a better design and automatic product delivery.

Thanks for testing. I’ll try to create a test store later. I’m not quite sure I understand all the code fully yet, but the store seems to be constructed with notes of different kinds that exist on Nostr relays. So it’s not really self-hostable unless you plan on running a relay.
Either way, if you want better design and automatic product delivery, I think WooCommerce might be the way.
As for the webstore, it’s not automatic however it’s possible to connect your Nostr account and receive DM notifications when there’s a sale.
