Pretty hate machine is amazing. I was a bit young when it came out but once I got into nine inch nails, I fell In love with it. I never listened to Tori Amos much but I know she is legit. I may need to give her a listen.

They're also friends, and in "Precious Things," Tori has the lines:
those demigods / With their nine inch nails
And Trent himself does guest vocals on "Past the Mission," from her second album.

In college, NIN's Pretty Hate Machine and Tori Amos's Little Earthquakes were probably the two albums that kept me alive.
