yeah it’s a pretty tight race in the west right now.

i figure if they can move up one spot to #8, then win the play-in game against #7, they’ll be seeded against #2 in the first round.

now that i look at it, the first 3 spots are also a very tight race.

Ok, I can see that. They could get as high the 5th seed still, but Dallas would have to go into a tailspin. I'd probably pick the Lakers in any series other than Denver.

This is interesting. I might take them over every other team in the west besides the Nuggets and Clippers but they might not even make the playoffs.

If they make it out of the Play-In and somehow manage to beat Denver in round 1, then I'd also give them a pretty good shot.
