One of the most disturbing things in college was how many of classmates didn’t want to be computer scientists, but we’re going through the motions anyway. 

> Look carefully at how they spend their time at work and outside of work, because this is also almost certainly how your life will look.

I wonder how true this is. It’s maybe the closet we can get to the living a job without doing it, but I don’t imagine most mailmen spend their weekends the same way even if their weekends are more similar than not.
