I was about to ask, "Which nation is the most libertarian?" but then I realized how far we are from libertarianism in this world, making the current title much more meaningful. I mean the existence of nation-states themselves is somewhat anti-libertarian...
Based on your direct experience and/or anecdotes, which nations or states do you believe are currently the least authoritarian in the world?
Guaranteed zap from me if you provide a well-motivated and reasoned response.

ANY nation that have a gov in place is authoritarian. There's no such thing as "less authoritarian".

LIBERLAND ?
Liberland, also known as the Free Republic of Liberland, is an unrecognised micronation in Southeast Europe claiming an uninhabited parcel of the western bank of the Danube, controlled by Croatia across from Serbia (locally known as Gornja Siga). It was proclaimed on 13 April 2015 by the Czech right-libertarian politician and activist Vít Jedlička,[1][2] who is also its self-proclaimed “president”.[3] Jedlička anticipated an eventual population of roughly 35,000 for the micronation, with cryptocurrency as its money.[4] Its motto is “to live and let live”.[5]

Not just that... You can't name a "free" nation, wherever would be that a liberland, but in the same time appoint a government. Government means NO FREEDOM. Simply as that. No matter what that gov is promising, it is NOT freedom and will NOT act in your interest. If somebody is governing for you, it means you are an incapacitated individual, you are a dumb shitizen.
