I wouldn't say regret, but I do occasionally loathe my relationship with the device. On the one hand it allows me to connect with anything/anyone connected to the cell network or internet - regardless of where I am. On the other hand, it allows anything/anyone to connect to me.

Sometimes I regret ever getting a smartphone. Anyone else feel that way? The luxuries are so enabling, but the sinister applications of these technologies can be devastating.
