Cooking is an art, but it is also a prison.
It is one of those jobs that are fantastic and can take you very far. But in my opinion and based on my own experiences, it is highly demanding of your time, it pushes you into a corner where you must choose.
The kitchen or your time... And if you are passionate about the culinary art, you would choose to cook at all costs. 👨🏻🍳
