Yeah, that's a book from the same author I'm reading from right now, how was it?
It's one of those self help books that look to teach you to keep things in perspective, don't let others affect your actions or self confidence, and not to take anything too seriously. It was enjoyable and useful, but like most self help books, you forget to apply the lessons a day or so after you're done reading it.
