Has anyone else wondered how stores in the post-COVID world are allowed to have signs on their doors that say "No Cash Transactions"? Doesn't this violate every nation state's legal tender laws?
Maybe an emergency act thing?
Nothing as permanent as a temporary government emergency, I guess.
