I would love to see some kind of academic study that maps people's brain activity when they listen to their favourite podcast's intros and compare to known patterns of emotion - I bet it would be fascinating.

It’s political, but Jack Posobiec opens every episode with media clips that you would miss otherwise. Even if the rest of the podcast isn’t worth listening to, the intro is.
