I love food. It randomly popped into my head that I want a delicious grilled cheese sandwich. I wont be making one tonight, but wanted to get some stackers to weigh in on an approach.

Have you ever made your grilled cheese sandwich with butter AND mayo?

Most of my life I only used butter on the outside of the bread while toasting in the skillet. Not saying this is not a great grilled cheese sammy.

A buddy of mine who loves mayo way too much told me awhile back to try a GCS with mayo on the interior with the melting cheese.

I've never looked back. It's the only way to make them in the skillet now.
