But there are some things that could be called propaganda. For example, it lists "Second Muscovite–Lithuanian War" as pure Muscovite victory, but it wasn't from the perspective of Livonian Confederation - Latvian, Estonian and Baltic German united force beated them at Smolinasee (1502, around 5K strong Livonian force beated 90K Russian - Tatar united force) and had peace for next ~50 years thanks to that.

Most of the Latvian history for the last 1000 years involves fighting to not be conquered by Russians. And same is for most other neighbouring nations.
