The only existing "layer" of Bitcoin is Lightning Network. Because is the payment layer. The onchain is the settlement, the LN is for making payments. All the rest are just crap shitcoineries. Nowadays shitcoiners are just trying to "infect", to shitcoinize the bitcoin world with their stupidities.
