I was pretty surprised by the list. I was not expecting the states that are in the worst shape. That said, even those doing relatively well (over 70% funded which is still bad), some have massive gaps in funds. Not going to be pretty unless they do something drastic. I'm 50/50 on them investing in bitcoin. If they don't I do not see how they make people whole other than the FED printing and bailing them all out.
