I was wrong. Ek clarified the other day they are not on the board. I @ you but I dont think you saw it.

Yes I was disappointed too. Still not sure who the other two are. It was speculated that it could be someone who is not that active but is zapping huge amounts of sats.
Ah, the legendary nemo I imagine. Still, there are four categories that are equally weighted. It should be almost impossible to be at the top just from excelling in the zapping categories.
My hypothesis is that it's one of the AMA hosts. Two of them are right after siggy on the top posts list for the month. If they also zapped a bunch of comments and got a bunch of their own comments zapped, then their scores will be pretty good.
I guess if I was optimizing for highest placement I should have run the pool out of my account.
That would be disappointing.
Most likely, two of the top three are k00b and kr, who are both ineligible, and the other one is siggy.
