Did you tried also to promote your profile from these "bitcoin pages" into other places, bilboards, classifieds page where they do not know about bitcoin?
Like a subtle "orangepilling", making others to discover these bitcoin jobs page?
Not yet no, and most of them implicitly require doxxing... I'm not reliant on the work to eat, so it's not extremely urgent
