I looked into the first one called "core". On the website it says "Build with EVM-compatible smart contracts on a Bitcoin-powered blockchain". LBTM (Looks Bad To Me).

It's under review. Bad ones need a review too, so we can have a good resource to point that.

Actually I found another project that's launched today. They plan to open source and add risk analysis. I will contribute to this one I think https://www.bitcoinlayers.org/
