Florida bill aims to ban local mandates for heat protection (outdoor workers)

Labor is a market. The businesses that offer comfortable working conditions attract more workers. Just like with goods, (and monies!) the market should discover the cost of labor. Manipulation of the cost through things like those mandates are bad for the labor market.
