It was when I was experimenting with side businesses as investment. In 2012-13, I stepped foot into restaurant chain in Delhi and suburbs. Initially, I used to look after the restaurants by myself and while I was there, I used to learn cooking from the staff. The first that we had was a Chinese veteran and he taught me the most of cooking recipies that I can cook now.
