Eating is the main source of energy for our body. I'm wondering how do stackers feed their brains? Anything in particular? Proteins and other non-food related intakes?

So that's gonna be 2 meals + snacks by most of us. I guess.

I've been trying to get back into intermittent fasting. Skipping breakfast, lunch and snacks is actually pretty refreshing. It's nice to reset the system every now and then.

no routine other than a lot of intermittent fasting & moderation. only eat when hungry. when I give into junk, I really give in 🤣

2 meals (one is most often ramen) + snacks

Even though I love food and adore eating all day, I force myself to eat 2 meals/day avoiding diners. And it works for me.

I say 3, as I consider breakfast a meal not a snack

I'm a 2 meals per day kind of guy. Skipping a "solid" breakfast, just having some black coffee. Then lunch and dinner, but before 8pm - as that's when my "eating window" closes.
Limiting your eating window, is like eating your cake and still having it - it's golden.
