The fight of the Green Communists in the Eurozone against superfluous industrial emissions and prosperity is progressing with great success! According to the statistics authority Eurostat, seasonally adjusted industrial production (excluding construction) fell by 3.2 percent in January compared to the previous month. Economists polled by Dow Jones Newswires had only expected a decline of 1.1 percent. And as in every month, this recessionary slide downwards comes as a surprise to the green socialists in the state ivory tower. For those who still have a functioning brain cell, this is of course the result of disastrous climate policy, over-regulation, the dysfunctional sanctions regime of the Europeans and incredibly high taxes on value creation. The technocrats in Brussels, Berlin and Paris will have to come up with something as quickly as possible if they do not want to slide into a catastrophic economic depression.
