We are headed there.

Most of us, afaict, come here now because nearly all Bitcoin news ends up here and discussions are among fellow bitcoiners. Bitcoiners definitely want to discuss other things, but until the community is larger, the fat tail of related content will be "what people want": privacy, governance, energy, economics, etc. Put another way, imagine every bitcoiner's interests as a circle in a venn diagram - the main overlap is very focused.

We plan to add polls soon, which should help us guage areas of secondary overlap. Eventually too, we'll allow users to create their own subs, which will remove the need to debate this at all.
