2nd day of the school holidays but my days were burnt doing all the admin associated with raising children:
- took baby girl for her vaccination
- took son to collect his passport
- took him to collect his new uniforms
- entertained children because the childcare centre was closed but wife had to work
I can hear @grayruby’s voice in my head: “My friend, remember. I don’t have to do this. I get to do this.” (Not that I will know how he sounds like in real life haha.)
Anyway, tomorrow marks the first day in 5 school holidays in which BOTH my children are not sick. I already made plans to have two separate outings tomorrow! Hope I don’t jinx my good luck n they don’t inexplicably vomit 🤮 tonight!
