@k00b I suggest to charge a fee for all dormant accounts that in 1 month d;dn't post anything.
For even more dormant, like 3 or 6 months disable them and if they try to reactivate charge them a higher fee.

Nah, this would be a waste of dev time. It's easy to circumvent
This is a hard problem to solve and requires active surveillance, human (expensive) or automated (unreliable)
I'm not saying @k00b and the devs shouldn't do anything. With time the database will be littered with spam accounts so they have to be prepared to deal with this problem when the time comes
