There's no way of knowing. If you have conviction that Bitcoin is the future (most of us do I guess) then just dollar cost average in using money you can miss. Don't use leverage.
In 5 to 10 years time it won't matter if you stacked at 20k or 15k. Your only risk is opportunity cost, whereas the upside is almost unlimited.
And even if you're not 100% convinced that Bitcoin is the future but you are convinced that fiat money is dead (which it is...) you should have a small Bitcoin position. See it as insurance
