i approach them and ask if i could take some portraits for a project and if they say yes we do these photos and i send these to them later, they are all made on agreement

All good then. It happened to me twice already that a random person asked me in a playground whether they could take photos of my kid. Hell no was my answer. You can’t be sure these days what intentions people have.

that's odd!! photographing child is always a red flag.
i do this as project and i post these in my instagrram with behind the escenes, they gave me the permission to post the photos and they even get surprised of how many people watch these, i'm legit
