The house has 3 bedrooms with a central, shared bathroom, a largish living room with large doors that makes it liveable without running an aircon 24/7. Also there are 2 tiny rooms and a bathroom in the back.
As of now it needs clearing out after redoing the bathrooms, which is why pictures will come later but soon.
Stipulated pricing:
- The whole house ~25000 baht in Bitcoin short rental, lower for long term
- Big bedroom ~7000-6000 baht in Bitcoin
- Small room in the back ~5000 baht in Bitcoin. Suitable for very spartan living only, but with full access to garden and living room. Perhaps a good option for a monk like dev? :-)
