For one generation maybe. The lack of women and children probably wouldn't play out well in the long run.

If all non-bitcoiners were eliminated, there would be very few people left. Maybe it would be a better world ;)

Maybe someday when our numbers are larger. As of right now, that would quickly become a world of bitcoiners surrounded by wolves.

I also wanted to craft this in a way that let's children make the cut, since kids almost universally love dogs.
