Some months ago, I entered this website via a Lightning wallet. The wallet app was Alby, the actual node connected with Alby was LNbits. I created an SN account and filled my bio.

Some days ago, I visited this website via the same device and the same browser. To comment on an interesting post, I signed in via Alby (with the same LNBits node connected), but the website created another account for me.

Now I have no access to my old account, because the Lightning connection was the only way to enter it, and now this connection is bound with the new account.

What should I do to regain access to my old account? What should I do to avoid such issues in the future?
