yes, i am seeing apartment owners installing EV charging infrastructure ($1-2k cost) in their parking spots.
it pays itself off pretty quickly considering 100 miles of charge costs about $2.
the electricity is charged to the unit, but it’s not a huge cost either way.

alright, well im glad to hear that 🤙 ill stay open minded. . i would be surprised to hear these apartment owners are not getting a subsidy from the local or state government to make the retrofit though.
