There's no advantage to buying USDt and then buying BTC with that USDt.
The EUR has lost purchasing power relative to what it had previously but today there's likely no benefit from buying bitcoin with EUR versus buying it with USDt.
The exchange fees are per-transaction and doing two transactions (EUR --> USDt, then USDt --> BTC) doubles your exchange fees.
So if you want to buy BTC, you probably want to just BTC directly with EUR.
There are many exchanges with relatively low fees. Kraken, BitSTAMP, etc.
If you are looking for KYC-Free, the fees may be higher, but check out Relai.ai app, or consider using a P2P trading platform that has no identity verification / KYC requirement (e.g., HodlHodl, LocalCoinSwap, LocalCryptos, Bisq, RoboSats ⚡, etc.).

You're going to incur a fee somewhere. If you go p2p, you'll buy it for higher than market rate, if you buy usdt you'll incur the transaction fee to transfer it to an exchange where you can do a market buy with it.
I guess the only way to really get sats without a fee is either to be tipped on stacker news or to sell a good or service in exchange for Bitcoin
