I have already explained here that the European Union could use Russia to build up its own war industry that would function independently of the American military complex. Now the European Commission is following suit and is today presenting a framework to initially equip the European war industry with 100 billion euros, as reported by reuters. It was the European Union's aim from the outset to issue its own government bonds and they will try to do so via war bonds in order to finally implement Eurobonds and create their own source of tax revenue. The European taxpayer will be collateralized so that these junk bonds can have any value.
