Ingredients (6 servings)
1 kg of steak meat of your choice (picanha or filet mignon)
Salt to taste
2 boxes of cream
50 g of gorgonzola cheese or to your taste
2 garlic cloves
Margarine or olive oil for frying
2 spoons of margarine
Oregano
Method of preparation
Preparation method: 40min 1 Mix the margarine and cheese with a fork until you reach a paste-like consistency. Reserve.
