Yeah they're using blockstream. I understand that the blockstream satellite is one way. It transmits the blockchain to you but it won't accept new blocks. I don't really understand how you sign a transaction to the satellite because of this, but I suppose it'll accept transactions still? I guess it just impacts miners and as long as miners in Brazil use a mining pool they should be okay?

I don't know, overall its just not the preferred solution to me.
