there's definitely some nsfw content of women on nostr that i think does quite well. onyx vixen comes to mind specifically. some utilize lightning paywalls to require payment before being able to see pictures and such. there are some services that facilitate this. and then of course you could maybe create a territory here on SN and just post things there.
