Which freedom have you lost? Is it just a vague feeling or have you actually lost any rights? Unless you're in mainland china where 1/6 of the world population actually did loose significant freedoms of movement and speech.

Freedom of speech is gone
People are being arrested for criticize or protest the government
Journalists had to leave to country to avoid jail, just for telling the truth. Some of them went to jail. Comedians are being jailed just for make jokes about LGBTs or government corruption.
Opposition politicians are being arrested and loosing their mandate just for critizing government, using their constitutional rights
Covid vaxx are now mandated for kids younger than 5 years old.
It's a mess
Judges dont give a shit about constitution. They create laws as they wish
meanwhile freedom is also falling
