Any fellow zwifters? Not sure if we could bike together without doxxing ourselves... I only show my initials, but most people have their full name on it...

I used to do Zwift a ton in the winter before having a kid! Hope to get back into it.

It takes some adjustment, but I've found the best times for me are in the morning before anyone wakes up or during my lunch break when he's at school.

was considering getting swift and an indoor trainer setup in the fall, but ended up getting back into more intense running instead.
do you race people on it? or use it to stay accountable with daily fitness?

For now, the biggest benefit has been the creation of the daily habit. The barrier is low compared to preparing for a full outdoor ride that I've done it consistently for the last three weeks. I've done a few races too, but there is a learning curve to those. And somehow, it's fun to hit all the small little in-game achievements. I haven't added people i know yet so I'm just racing random people now.

On second thought, the biggest benefit is mostly the fact i can exercise easily again since the birth of my son. Boy did i miss it.

i have a setup at home, but primarily use it for efficiency and/or if riding outside is inconvenient for some reason. big fan. when i need it it’s as game-changer
