The interesting thing is @theariard allegedly said that after he was incorrectly accused of making legal threats by @ajtowns. Not before. Reads quite differently in that context: obviously people always have the ability to get the law involved.
I say allegedly because those archives are unsigned and untimestamped, so we're trusting a bunch of people with interests in this discust that all this is actually correct. @theariard should clarify if the archived message really was written by him.

Yes this is very clear I do have a vested interest in the discussion. So don’t trust me, verify.
I cannot assert on the archived message correctness as I can't consult it from an external public URL (as of block 832728 - 00000000000000000001349107f838fb193dda1fc5395c45548f8cb6f30cfc5d).
